     At 19, Ron Kule didn't know what "straight commission selling" meant! His first sales job was selling drycleaning coupon books door-to-door. On his first day, he earned $0.75 for selling three books; more importantly, he knew he could do better, and so he did! Within weeks, he was offered a sales manager position, starting with an eight-salesperson crew that he built to 22 members within a few months, staying at #1 in Sales for months!
